The bid document should be filled out properly, one original and two copies of the financial document, and one original and two copies of the technical document, in a sealed envelope, and placed in the bid box prepared for this bid at Silte Zone Finance Department within 05 consecutive working days from the date of publication of this announcement. The bid box will be sealed at 8:00 AM on the 5th day and opened at 8:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.

Note:

If the bid security offered by the bidders is found to be lower than the requested price, the bid will be cancelled.

The absence of competing bidders or their legal representatives will not change the bid opening date.

The Department reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part if it finds a better alternative.
