The Silte Zone Administration is reviewing the performance of the first six months of 2017 with the heads of the executive sector and management bodies.
At this time, the Chief Administrator, Ato Zeyne Bilka, pointed out that special attention is being paid to ensuring the comprehensive benefit of the people and to developing the zone.
The Chief Administrator, who spoke about the extensive work being done by establishing a think tank in each sector so that everyone can have their own results and contributions, recalled that he was able to gather input from experts through extensive discussions held in the past.
Based on this, he explained that a special 10-year strategic leadership plan has been prepared by a think tank selected from experts and each sector.
The Chief Administrator said that various social and economic focus areas have been identified in this plan that can ensure the benefit of the people, including industry, agriculture, health, education, income generation, job creation models, and the creation of competitive cities, among other focus areas.
A detailed report on the performance of all institutions is also being presented at the forum, and it is indicated that a discussion will be held based on the report presented.
It is expected that the platform will work to further expand the good experiences that have been experienced in the implementation process and quickly correct deficiencies in the remaining six months, and create a common understanding in the future to achieve the goal of the year.
